Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with HNI/Ultra HNI clients. Understand clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences to tailor personalized investment strategies/portfolios. Provide ongoing communication and proactive updates to clients regarding portfolio performance, asset allocation and market developments to identify opportunities & risks. Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging investment trends to provide informed advice and innovative solutions to clients. Acquire new clients (via references from existing clients & open market) and Increase engagement of existing clients by providing complete financial planning solutions & portfolio reviews. Accountable to achieve annual targets on AUM & revenue in the respective geography. Aiming for consistent growth of customer wallet share and book size. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and educational seminars to showcase the firm's capabilities and expertise. Personnel Specification Education: Masters Degree from an accredited College Experience: 8 Years’ experience in investment management, wealth advisory, or related financial services roles.
