Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and warm delivery of services in various areas such as strategy, business, processes, people & talent, risk management, and governance. Your role will involve assisting in service delivery, recommending workflow changes for customer service efficiency, contributing to branch performance, and educating customers about alternate banking channels.
