Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Attend calls/emails from partners (brokers, agents etc.) to provide adequate information related to insurance policies/queries/statuses.
  • Informing partners about any modifications in the policy/Product.
  • Interface between internal stakeholders and Partner/s
  • Keep the customers well-informed and resolving all their queries.
  • Examine whether the necessary changes were made in to resolve the customers problems.
  • Inform partners about claim investigation results.
  • Suggest improvements in products & processes to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Solicit sale of additional or new products and services.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Keep customer transactions and interaction records including all the complaints, enquiries, comments, and actions performed.
  • Send mails, newsletters, and other correspondence forms to customers/partners.
  • Offer insurance premium quote/information to prospective clients.
  • Share reports/MIS with partners/internal team members.

Key Requirements:

  • Have effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Well versed with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT etc.) with basic typing skills
  • Able to work in flexible work timings.
  • Approachable & ability to pacify partners and handle/resolve all their queries.
  • Multi-tasker and a Go-getter.
  • Paying attention to details.
  • Sound judgement skills with good listening abilities
  • Able to cope with a fast-paced work environment.
  • Resolve problem efficiently after critically analysing situations.
