Printing Machine Operator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for operating printing machines, including setting up, adjusting machine settings, managing print runs, and ensuring color accuracy. Additionally, you will inspect printed materials for quality and accuracy, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot printing equipment issues, and prepare machines for printing by installing printing plates, loading paper, and adjusting press settings. Key Responsibilities: - Setting up and operating printing machines - Inspecting printed materials for quality and accuracy - Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting printing equipment - Preparing machines for printing and adjusting press settings - Managing paper and ink specifications, ink flow, and inventory - Monitoring the printing process and making necessary adjustments - Keeping detailed records of print jobs and production totals - Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area - Collaborating with prepress, finishing teams, and other team members - Performing digital, electrostatic, and inkjet printing as needed Qualification Required: - Previous experience in operating printing machines - Knowledge of color management and print quality control - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve printing equipment issues - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Good communication and teamwork abilities (Note: The job type is full-time with day, morning, and night shifts available.
