Printing Machine Operator

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate UV Flatbed Printers and DTF Printing Machines to deliver high-quality, precision prints on diverse surfaces (fabric, plastic, wood, acrylic, etc.). Handle pre-press activities including file setup, color correction, ICC profiling, and print alignment for maximum output quality. Use Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and RIP software for print file preparation. Monitor the printing process, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and ensure 100% uptime with minimal waste. Maintain and clean machines regularly to ensure peak performance and extended machine life. Manage inventory of inks, DTF films, adhesive powders, UV coatings, and other consumables. Ensure on-time delivery of client orders while maintaining strict quality assurance standards. Collaborate with the design, production, and finishing teams to streamline workflow. Perform basic machine servicing and escalate technical issues to the maintenance team. Follow safety protocols, hygiene standards, and lean production practices in the print area. RequirementsProven experience as a UV Printing Operator / DTF Operator (minimum 1–2 years preferred). Strong understanding of printing substrates, color calibration, RIP software, and print durability standards. Proficiency in Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and related graphic design software. Hands-on experience in print troubleshooting, maintenance, and workflow optimization. Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and efficient in managing time and production targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a problem-solving attitude. Knowledge of latest UV & DTF printing trends, eco-solvent inks, and sustainable printing practices will be an added advantage.
