1. Printing Operations - Brand name, size, ISI marks, batch number and other details, ensure ink quality, adhesion and durability , settings, alignment and speed
2. Belling Operations - Socketing/Belling process, proper heating, shaping and cooling cycles. dimensions and tolerance of bells as per standards.
3. Quality Control - BIS Standard, ISO certifications , conduct visual inspections and dimensional checks regularly. Report and rectify defects, misprints and improper bell formation.
4. Maintenance and Troubleshooting - Coordinate with maintenance team for repairs and servicing, perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines .
5. Documentation and Reporting - Production reports for printing and belling, machine downtime, rejections, submit shifts wise reports.
6. Safety & Compliance - PPE usage, factory safety rules
7. Team Management - Monitor workforce efficiency, training .
Qualifications & Skills Required: Diploma ITI / Electrical / Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering.
Experience - 2-6 years in PVC/HDPE pipe manufacturing industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
