Printer Technician

Job Description:

• We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Printer Service Engineer to join our technical support team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting printers (inkjet, laser, dot matrix, etc.) across client locations.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair various types of printers and related peripherals.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues related to printers.
• Provide on-site and remote support to clients.
• Maintain service logs and update job status regularly.
• Coordinate with the support team and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Printer Technician or Service Engineer.
• Good understanding of printer types (HP, Canon, Epson, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• ITI/Diploma in Electronics or relevant field preferred.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license (preferred for field support roles).
