Job Description

1. To ensure timely Installation, repairing, preventive maintenance of Printer, Laser Printer, MFD’s as per the specific / defined need of the customer and order. 2. To control and monitor the consumption of spares parts, consumables like drum, toner to achieve the gross margin target on monthly basis 3. Generate revenue through consumables sales, AMC, contract renewal, spare parts sales 4. Colour printing knowledge preferable. 5. Troubleshooting maintenance of MFP. 6. Configuration of MFP to local area network and single PC/PARA. Troubleshooting LAN and basic IT problem related for MFP. (IT skills/CNE/networking skills preferred) 7. Outrageous capabilities to give demo for MFP’s B/w and colour photocopiers. 8. Daily and monthly production data for field repairable unit (FRU) maintenance to be updated pertaining to service operations. 9. Take the feedback from the client & take advice from seniors for better output to keep the high reputation of the company & better customer satisfaction. 10. Technically satisfy the client and co-operate with the seniors for continuous improvement. 11. Planning & implementation of service standard as per the requirement of field/company. 12. Maintaining strong relationship with customers, dealers and ensuring their satisfaction also. Teamwork skills, proven ability to influence cross functional team.
