Principle Engineer (TradeSP and Cash Custody services - Technology)

As an experienced candidate with 5-10 years of experience in the technology sector, you will be responsible for managing and improving IT services, with a specific focus on custody services and other relevant applications. Your strong technical background in Investment banking products and security services, along with proficiency in cloud technologies, will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and elicit requirements effectively - Build trust and relationships with stakeholders - Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative solutions - Identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and efficiency gains - Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues and guide technical teams - Ensure services comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards - Manage and coordinate cross-services deliveries, collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders - Empower, support, and guide service teams for effective work - Accountable for timely delivery of features/releases within scope, budget, and timelines - Support Service Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters - Monitor trade settlement processes across GCC markets - Hands-on experience with the BaNCS GSP Custody platform - Maintain and configure static data for trade processing - Setup, generate, and validate end-user reports - Participate in testing cycles and develop test cases - Manage test reporting, defect tracking, and resolution - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless service delivery - Utilize project and test management tools for documentation and collaboration Qualifications Required: - 5-10 years of experience in a similar role in the technology sector - Strong technical background in Investment banking products and security services - Proficiency in cloud technologies - Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions - Exposure to process improvement initiatives and automation in custody operations Please note that this role also requires experience working in a multi-market or regional operations hub, which will be beneficial for successful performance in this position.,
