Oversee the implementation of the curriculum across classes.
Ensure lesson plans, assessments, and teaching methodologies meet academic standards.
Monitor teacher performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Serve as a bridge between school and parents.
Address parental concerns and involve them in school activities.
Maintain discipline and a safe learning environment in the school.
Address behavioral issues and implement a fair disciplinary system.
Ensure the emotional, physical, and psychological well-being of students.
Oversee daily school operations in the absence of the Principal.
Manage school timetables, substitutions, attendance (staff and students).
Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations.
Support recruitment, orientation, and mentoring of new teachers.
Address staff grievances and maintain morale.
Allocate responsibilities and monitor work distribution.
Plan, organize, and execute school events, celebrations, PTMs, and exhibitions.
Coordinate annual functions, sports days, and inter-school activities.
Enforce school policies on admissions, assessments, promotions, and conduct.
