As a Principal at our venture capital firm based in Mumbai, you will have the opportunity to own the entire investment lifecycle, focusing on Deeptech, AI, Fintech, and D2C sectors. This high-ownership role requires a deep understanding of startups and the ability to drive conviction, speed, and outcomes effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Source high-potential startups to invest in - Evaluate investment opportunities and drive decision-making process - Manage sector-wise clusters and develop category insights - Provide support to founders in areas such as growth, governance, and fundraising - Implement structured pathways for successful exits - Serve as a bridge between founders and internal teams Qualifications Required: - 6-10+ years of experience in venture capital, corporate venture capital, investment banking, or startup strategy - Demonstrated expertise in deal evaluation and portfolio management - Comfortable with end-to-end involvement in the investment process, from sourcing to exit - Founder-friendly approach, with strong analytical skills and a focus on execution If you are enthusiastic about shaping the next generation of Indian startups and being at the center of the ecosystem, we are excited to connect with you.,
