Principal User Experience Engineer

As a User Experience Designer at intelliflo, you will have a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience for our Cloud Edition product. Your responsibilities will include designing intuitive interfaces, managing design projects, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality user experiences. Your key responsibilities will involve conducting user research, analyzing user data, and creating UI/UX designs using tools like FIGMA. You will also develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business requirements and user needs, ensuring consistency across interfaces. Collaboration is crucial in this role, as you will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and communicate progress effectively. Additionally, you will provide guidance to fellow UI/UX team members, conduct training sessions, and maintain design standards. Your technical skills should include proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools, knowledge of responsive design for various screen sizes, and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS. Strong visual design sense, branding skills, and expertise in UI design are also essential. Analytical skills such as user research, usability testing, and data analysis will be key to making informed design decisions. Soft skills like effective communication, problem-solving, and empathy towards users are important for creating user-centered designs. Project management skills, time management, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and continuous learning are also valued in this role.
