Principal Specialist - GTM & New Business

Role Overview: As a Presales and Solution Leader at HARMAN Automotive, you will play a crucial role in driving the business portfolio expansion by understanding Harman products and services, Automotive ecosystem, and future growth requirements. Your responsibilities will include developing a go-to-market strategy, engaging with various stakeholders, and ensuring business wins and sector penetration. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new vehicle segments and domains to drive AES offering - Define and execute Go-To-Market strategy for new domains and vehicle segments - Collaborate with Harman ecosystem for joint offering development - Work directly with clients to understand their business requirements and develop long-lasting relationships - Create compelling presentations and engage with prospects/customers during events and conferences - Accelerate concepts into sales-ready product portfolio by creating differentiated product propositions - Influence global offering strategies through technology capability assessment and innovation screening - Collaborate with cross-divisional teams for product planning and prioritization - Identify Go-To-Market strategies and effective sales pitches in collaboration with product marketing and sales Qualifications Required: - 12-15 years of Engineering experience with 10+ years in Automotive SW & Services for Automotive OEM/Tier 1/Semiconductor provider - Bachelor's degree in engineering, MBA preferred - Knowledge of automotive technologies, industry trends, and business case development - Strong working engagement with Automotive ecosystem providers - Experience in matrix, global organization collaboration - Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation - Creative problem-solving skills and ability to inspire others - Basic Project Management skills and ability to work under tight timelines - Proactive, self-sufficient, and professional with strong organizational skills Additional Company Details: HARMAN offers a flexible work environment with full-time remote work opportunities, employee discounts on Harman and Samsung products, extensive training through HARMAN University, competitive wellness benefits, tuition reimbursement, and employee recognition programs.
