Job Description

Role Overview: As a Duck Creek Full Suite Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in overseeing solutions for large-scale implementations. Your strong leadership abilities and extensive knowledge of Duck Creek will be essential in interpreting and translating client requirements into Duck Creek solutions. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to define solutions that support business needs, create solution documentation, and provide guidance to ensure successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Possess over 15 years of experience in Duck Creek implementation and solution design covering Policy Producer, Policy Holder, Billing, and Clarity. - Demonstrate expertise in OnPrem and DCOD implementation, data migration, and upgrades. - Interpret and translate client requirements into Duck Creek solutions, acting as a technical advisor. - Collaborate with sales teams, delivery partners, clients, and internal stakeholders to define solutions that meet business needs. - Create Duck Creek configuration-based solution documentation, including design specifications and architecture diagrams. - Identify opportunities for process and system improvements. - Stay up to date with the latest Duck Creek architecture changes. - Lead RFPs and proactive proposals, including solution estimation and presentations to prospective clients. - Develop reusable Duck Creek solution collaterals and points of view. - Provide guidance to functional, technical, and quality teams on Duck Creek implementations. - Lead architectural reviews and ensure code quality. - Lead Duck Creek Delivery Assurance technical review activities. - Lead performance tracking, environment planning, performance analysis, optimization, and DCT coordination. - Coordinate with the Duck Creek OnDemand team for issue resolutions and enhancements. Qualifications Required: - Duck Creek certification is required. - Experience in commercial and personal line implementation, including DCT templates implementation. - Ability to lead implementation activities, onboarding, and phase gate checkpoint activities. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders. - Experience in developing architecture strategies, roadmaps, and client presentations. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide guidance for successful implementation.
