Company Description POSITION Title Principal Software Engineer Reporting To: Manager Work Location Bangalore SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES: Eurofins is seeking a Developer to become a valued member of Identity & Lifecycle Management team to develop/configure/implement ILM/IAM tool (like SailPoint, Okta etc). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in identity governance, identity management. This person will be part of passionate, highly skilled, collaborative team that supports Eurofins Information Security policies and meets all relevant compliance requirements. It is also essential to be able to take up challenges, adapt to the business needs, and focus on delivering results. POSITION & OBJECTIVES : 5+ years of strong development experience with SailPoint Identity IQ and other IDM/IAM/IGA disciplines. Experience in writing custom Workflows, debugging workflows, rules, forms and working with LCM events. Experience in configuring different types of roles, IT and Business roles and usage of assignment rules in roles. Experience in working with reports and customizing the reports based on the requirement. Experience in creating the different types of certifications. Experience in debugging beanshell code, checking the logs and fixing the issues. Experience in developing quick links using forms, calling workflow sub process through quick links. Experience in integrating various applications using out of the box connectors and custom connectors. Hands-on experience in installing and configuring SailPoint IdentityIQ, upgrading to the latest versions, and developing IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ. Aggregating and provisioning users using various connectors (LDAP, AD, REST API, AAD etc.). Experience with Application/Web Servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere). Strong proficiency in Java, XML, RESTful web services, and experience with Azure as a cloud platform. Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD platform. Experience with databases, Active Directory, LDAP, application servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure. Knowledge of directory services, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, and SSO. Programming experience in Java, PowerShell, Shell scripting. General knowledge of software development tools, methodologies, and principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions to global stakeholders. Ability to work independently and within an agile team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (concise writing and orally convincing). Eager to learn and continuously develop personal and technical capabilities. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (maximum 500 characters (not including spaces) for short position posting and for posting on Eurofins website and career portals) BE/B.Tech/MCA or any other equivalent degree. 5 to 7 years experience in Identity and Access Management domain.
