Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the SAP FTM Capability and building capabilities on newer technology within the SAP scope. Your role will involve managing talent aspiration and career paths, client presentations, leading POC developments, contributing towards RFP responses, working with CoE and other enabling teams, and understanding the dynamics of planning and delivering capability in the areas of Finance to Manage. You will also be required to define a roadmap/strategy for SAP FTM, coach and create new leaders within the FTM capability, interact with clients, and provide support in deals when needed by the CoE Sales team. Additionally, you will work closely with the staffing/RMG and OPS team as per requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the SAP FTM Capability and build capabilities on newer technology within the SAP scope. - Manage talent aspiration and career paths. - Conduct client presentations and lead POC developments. - Contribute towards RFP responses. - Work with CoE and other enabling teams. - Understand the planning and delivery dynamics of capability in the areas of Finance to Manage. - Define a roadmap/strategy for SAP FTM considering market conditions and technological changes. - Coach and create new leaders within the FTM capability. - Interact with clients as necessary. - Provide support in deals when help is sought by the CoE Sales team. - Work closely with staffing/RMG and OPS team as per needs. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 18 years of experience in SAP delivery or S/4 transformation programs. - Niche skill certified in FTM. - Experience in S/4 Project implementation, roll-out, or conversion, specifically in niche skills such as cFIN, TRM, RAR, DRC, FI, and CO. - Well-versed with the latest technology trends to lead Finance to Manage capability. - Strong leadership skills to lead a capability of 1500+ people across multiple locations in India. - Ability to define a roadmap/strategy for SAP FTM considering market conditions and technological changes. - Excellent orator with the ability to interact with clients as necessary.,
