Principal Software Engineer

Role Overview: As a Technical Lead at the company, your primary responsibility will be to inspire and guide fellow engineers to enhance their technical skills and productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Inspire and mentor engineers to improve their coding practices and testing strategies - Drive architectural and design enhancements to simplify and strengthen systems - Identify skill gaps, shape job openings, and participate in the selection process for new team members - Represent product and portfolio vision to internal and external stakeholders - Share knowledge through various channels such as open source projects, articles, and presentations - Continuously expand technological knowledge and assess its impact on the company - Write service descriptions with quality measures and design self-healing services - Ensure smooth deployment and migration paths for services - Investigate incidents and drive improvements in a blameless manner - Design services with self-service capabilities and consider operational costs in decision-making Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 19+ years of experience in Software development - Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and expertise in Java programming - Experience in a variety of technical disciplines with a specialization in at least one area Additional Details: The company values play a crucial role in shaping the work culture and success of the organization.
