As a Principal - SAP-Change Management consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our OCM department, focusing on the human aspect of organizational change. Your primary goal is to ensure projects meet their objectives by maximizing employee engagement and minimizing resistance to change. With a strong background in consulting and change management, you will act as a coach to senior leaders, guiding them in their role as change sponsors, and provide support to managers and supervisors as they navigate transitions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage change management strategies and plans, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of changes.
- Assess and analyze the impact of changes, identifying key stakeholders and their needs.
- Support communication efforts by developing and delivering effective communication strategies.
- Provide input and support for the design and delivery of training programs, ensuring employees are proficient with new changes.
- Coach and guide senior leaders and executives in their role as change sponsors, offering strategic advice.
- Work collaboratively with project teams, integrating change management activities into project plans.
- Apply a structured methodology to lead change management activities, ensuring a systematic approach.
- Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness, identifying potential challenges and solutions.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment, encouraging employee engagement and feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in change management or a related field, with a focus on consulting.
- Techno-commercial knowledge and an understanding of business processes and systems.
- Change Management certification, with Prosci certification being an added advantage.
- Supply chain or S4 Hana experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using change management tools and methodologies.
- A results-driven and proactive approach to work, with a passion for driving positive change.
