Principal Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring that all project objectives align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Initiation

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify project stakeholders and establish communication plans.

Execution & Delivery

• Lead project teams and assign responsibilities.
• Monitor progress, manage changes, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular status meetings and prepare progress reports.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve project-related issues promptly to minimize impact.

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.
• Provide timely updates to clients, management, and team members.

Budget & Resource Management

• Manage project budgets and resource allocation efficiently.
• Track project expenses and ensure financial accountability.

Project Closure

• Ensure all deliverables are completed and accepted.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and lessons learned sessions.

Experience Required:

• Typically

  5 to 10 years

  of project management experience
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects
