As an Associate Director/Director - Product Management at Azentio, your role will involve driving the end-to-end digital vision and strategy for the BFSI products portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and executing the digital product vision and strategy across all BFSI products within Azentio, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities. - Leading the development and management of customer portals, mobile applications, and digital platforms across B2C, B2B2C, and broker channels. - Owning and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility. - Partnering with UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver intuitive, seamless customer journeys. - Driving Agile delivery practices, ensuring product backlogs are well-defined, prioritized, and executed effectively. - Managing diverse stakeholdersincluding senior leadership, business units, and external partnersto secure alignment and drive adoption of the digital strategy. - Leveraging data, analytics, and customer insights to measure product performance, optimize journeys, and inform decision-making. Skills required for this role include: - 12+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on digital platforms in the insurance, banking, or financial services domains. - Proven track record of building, scaling, and launching successful digital products for both mobile and web. - Expertise in defining and optimizing customer journeys across multiple channels (B2C, B2B2C, broker). - Deep understanding of UX/UI principles with the ability to collaborate closely with design teams. - Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Miro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. - Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. - Hands-on expertise with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello. Education required for this role is a Bachelors degree from a reputed Tier-1 or Tier-2 institution (Masters degree or MBA preferred).
