• Compliance:Ensures the college adheres to relevant regulatory standards, such as those set by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).

Principal Scientist (Pharmaceutical Industry):

• Research and Development:Leads research projects, potentially focusing on formulation development, process optimization, or other scientific areas, often with a specialization like inhalation or biotherapeutics.
• Team Leadership:May manage a team of scientists, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Technical Expertise:Requires deep knowledge in specific areas of pharmaceutical science and the ability to apply that knowledge to solve complex problems.
• Project Management:Oversees the planning, execution, and reporting of research projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Principal in Analytics & Consulting (Pharmaceutical Industry):

• Client-Facing Leadership: Works directly with pharmaceutical clients, building relationships and understanding their needs.
• Strategic Consulting: Provides expert advice on various topics related to the life sciences industry, including brand strategy, commercial topics, and market analysis.
• Team Leadership: Leads consulting teams, mentoring and coaching team members.
• Business Development: Identifies and develops new business opportunities.
