Principal Partner Specialist

As a Partner Specialist at MongoDB, your role involves proactively prospecting, identifying, qualifying, and developing a sales pipeline through Global/Regional System Integrators and ISV partners. You will work with the Sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives. Building strong partner relationships, participating in sales enablement trainings, and managing partners at an Area level are all key responsibilities. Additionally, you will interlock with the Global Pillar teams for backup and support. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively prospect, identify, and qualify sales opportunities through System Integrators and ISV partners - Work with the Sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives - Recruit and build effective partner relationships to drive growth opportunities - Manage partners at an Area level and interlock with Global Pillar teams for support - Participate in sales enablement trainings and leadership programs Qualifications Required: - BA/BS required with 12+ years of field experience in a partner-facing role - 8+ years of quota-carrying experience in generating pipeline and selling through System Integrators and ISV - Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology and a track record of hitting assigned targets - Skilled in building business champions and running a complex sales process - Previous sales methodology training preferred - Familiarity with databases, DevOps, and open-source technology is a plus About the Company: MongoDB's mission is to empower innovators to create, transform, and disrupt industries by unleashing the power of software and data.
