Role Build a school which is based on principles of excellence Handle Students/Teacher and Parents Liaise with external administration and the local community Launch progressive initiatives to make the school an eminent one in the area Deal with the financial matters of the school Initiate self improvement initiatives for teachers and encourage experimentation The Preferred Person Age : 45 to 52 Academic Minimum Qualifications : MA/MSc &BEd/MEd Managed as a Principal of 1500+ Senior Secondary English Medium CBSE/ICSE of a well reputed school for at least 5 years Worked in one institution for 5 years or more Demonstrate building a school based on principles of excellence Managed a Teacher strength of around 120 Should be willing to relocate to Bhiwadi Ability to deal with both students and parents Good interpersonal skills High on Integrity
