• Minimum

  10 years of teaching experience

• 4–5 years

  of school administration or leadership experience

• Prior experience with the Cambridge curriculum is essential

Core Responsibilities

• Lead academic planning in alignment with CAIE standards
• Conduct classroom observations and assessments, fostering continuous teacher development
• Monitor student progress, including support for

  Special Educational Needs (SEN)

• Oversee academic resources like libraries, labs, and maker spaces
• Drive student-focused educational initiatives
• Build and nurture a positive, learner-centric environment for students, staff, and parents
