As the Academic Leader of the Management Department, your role involves providing strategic academic direction in alignment with the affiliating university's curriculum framework. You will be responsible for effective academic planning, time-tabling, and ensuring high-quality delivery of prescribed courses. Additionally, overseeing exam preparedness, academic audits, internal assessments, and university compliance will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities.
