Assessment & Continuous Evaluation Design and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and assessments to monitor student progress. Offer constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Collaboration & Professional Development Participate in curriculum planning, academic discussions, and teacher training workshops . Stay updated with latest teaching methodologies and educational advancements . Classroom Management & Student Well-being Create a structured, organized, and disciplined classroom environment.
