Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the
end-to-end architecture
of MMIS applications using
Java

Spring Boot

Angular

SQL
.
Lead
technical strategy

solution design

architecture governance
across multiple modules and teams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
Ensure compliance with
HIPAA
,
CMS
, and other regulatory frameworks.
Drive adoption of
microservices
,
cloud-native architectures
, and
DevOps practices
.
Conduct architecture reviews, performance audits, and security assessments.
Mentor senior developers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10 years
of experience in software development, with
5+ years
in a senior architectural role.
Proven expertise in:

Java
,
Spring Boot

Hibernate
Angular
(v8+)
SQL
(Oracle, SQL Server)

Hands-on experience in
MMIS
or similar large-scale healthcare/government systems.
Strong understanding of
