Job Description

The Principal Infra Developer will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing infrastructure solutions within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain. Your focus will be on Mulesoft Platform Administration to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems. You will work in a hybrid model with a day shift schedule and no travel required. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions tailored to the Life and Annuities Insurance sector. You will ensure optimal performance and reliability of systems through effective Mulesoft Platform Administration. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and enhance existing systems will be essential. Providing technical expertise and guidance in infrastructure development and maintenance is also part of your role. Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and minimizing downtime to enhance user experience will be crucial. You will develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations, implement security measures to protect sensitive data, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Evaluating and recommending new technologies to improve infrastructure efficiency, coordinating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, and translating them into technical solutions are also key responsibilities. As the Principal Infra Developer, you will manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Conducting regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes will be part of your role. Facilitating training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in infrastructure management is also required. Driving innovation and continuous improvement in infrastructure practices to support business growth is essential. Qualifications: - Extensive experience in Mulesoft Platform Administration with a strong understanding of integration and middleware solutions - Solid background in Life and Annuities Insurance with the ability to apply domain knowledge to infrastructure projects - Proficiency in managing hybrid work environments for effective collaboration and productivity - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues - Expertise in implementing security protocols and maintaining compliance with industry regulations - Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and present technical information clearly - Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest infrastructure technologies Certifications Required: - Mulesoft Certified Platform Architect - Insurance Domain Certification,
