Principal in Management

As the Director of the Management Department, your role involves providing visionary leadership in planning, implementing, and monitoring academic programs. Your responsibilities include ensuring continuous curriculum upgradation in line with industry and global management education standards. You will foster innovation in pedagogy, research, and learning technologies to promote interdisciplinary learning, case studies, live projects, and experiential learning initiatives. Encourage a strong research culture among faculty and students to drive academic excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead all academic and administrative functions of the Management Department - Supervise recruitment, development, and performance evaluation of faculty and staff - Ensure compliance with DAVV and other statutory/regulatory bodies - Manage budgets, financial planning, and effective utilization of resources - Implement policies, rules, and disciplinary measures in alignment with institutional norms - Oversee student admissions, mentoring, academic advising, and welfare initiatives Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in academic leadership roles - Strong understanding of industry and global management education standards - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to drive innovation and research culture - Familiarity with budget management and compliance requirements Please note that the job is full-time and requires in-person work at the specified location.,
