Job Description

Hiring Principal – Lead Kerala’s First Institute for Technology & Skills (Thrissur)

We are setting up a state-of-the-art Institute for Technology & Practical Skills (ITPS) in Thrissur. Our mission is to train the next generation in digital, technical, and business skills – preparing them for careers in marketing, tech, and administration.We are seeking a Principal / Head of Institute to lead academic operations, manage faculty, and ensure student success.

Responsibilities:

Oversee curriculum & training in Digital, Tech & Business skills.
Recruit, guide, and mentor faculty/trainers.
Manage student admissions, performance & placements.
Build corporate collaborations for live projects & internships.
Ensure quality training aligned with NSDC / NCVET standards.

Requirements

Postgraduate in Management / IT / Marketing / Education.
10+ years’ experience in training, academia, or skill development.
Knowledge of subjects like App & Web Dev, Content, AI Tools, Sales, Data Analytics, Admin, Cloud.
Strong academic leadership & communication skills.
