Required Skills

20+ years of experience in software product development, with at least 8+ years in program management role.
Good to have knowledge of frontend and backend technologies preferably Java/.Net, Angular/React, DevOps & Mobile Development
Project Planning: Oversee and coordinate multiple projects to achieve strategic goals and managing budgets.
Track project scope, schedules, milestones, allocating and utilizing resources effectively across projects.
Must have managed a team of at least 100 developers.
Establish process needed for successful project/program execution.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including project teams, customers, senior management, and support teams.
Participate and take the lead in RFPs and proposals.
Tracking program progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement.
Communication Management: Ensuring effective communication, including regular updates to stakeholders and clear reporting on program status, risks and resolving conflicts.
Agile Methodologies: Experience with agile development methodologies using JIRA/ADO.
