Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Principal Engineering role located in Chennai. The Principal Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects within the Automotive and Farm Equipment Business. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with expertise in automotive and farm equipment design
• Experience in leading engineering projects and managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to automotive and farm equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the automotive or farm equipment industry is a plus
