1. Core Responsibilities

Test Automation Framework Development

• Design, develop, and maintain

   a robust and comprehensive test automation framework tailored for financial applications, ensuring it integrates 

  security, performance, and accessibility testing

   into the development lifecycle.
• Leverage industry-standard tools and techniques to enhance the 

  efficiency and reliability

   of automated tests, focusing on continuous integration and delivery practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead collaboration

   with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and operations, to gather requirements and develop effective testing solutions that align with project goals.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating efforts across teams and facilitating effective communication.

Automated Testing Methodologies

• Utilize advanced automated testing tools and methodologies to assess the 

  functionality, reliability, and usability

   of software solutions efficiently.
• Implement best practices in test automation, including data-driven and keyword-driven testing approaches to maximize coverage and maintainability.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality engineering to continuously improve team capabilities and software development processes.
• Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging team members to explore new tools and methodologies that enhance testing efficiency.

Mentorship and Team Development

• Mentor junior developers and team members on testing best practices, fostering their professional growth through knowledge sharing and hands-on guidance.
• Lead training sessions on new technologies or methodologies to elevate the team's overall skill set in quality engineering.

1. Experience Requirements

• 12 years of experience in Automation Testing with knowledge in Full Stack preferred with working within Financial Services or Banking is desirable but not essential. Must have led a team of at least 10 automation testers.

1. Knowledge Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in test automation, including hands-on experience with security/performance/accessibility testing
• Knowledge in full stack development and frameworks such as Java/Python, JavaScript.
• Experience working with databases like SQL, NoSQL, and ORM technologies
• Hands-on experience with Azure and cloud-native testing infrastructure
• Strong understanding of automated testing tools, frameworks, and best practices
• Relevant certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.) are a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Demonstrated passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
