Principal Engineer - Building Structures

As a Structural Design Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop safe and efficient structural solutions, conduct design analysis, and prepare calculations. You will lead a team of Senior Engineers, Engineers, CAD and Revit technicians to ensure the successful delivery of all project work. It will be essential for you to oversee the checking of all design output and coordinate effectively with other disciplines to maintain seamless interfaces. Your role will involve developing and reviewing designs, adhering to quality standard procedures, and meeting delivery timelines as per the agreed program. To excel in this position, you must possess a strong background in international projects encompassing the design and analysis of structural designs for buildings and related structures. You should have hands-on experience in RCC, PT, and Structural Steel design, along with the ability to manage a team efficiently and ensure timely deliverables on projects. Proficiency in working on Bids and Proposals, estimating manhours, and familiarity with dashboard presentations, particularly with Power BI, will be advantageous. Moreover, you should be well-versed in various structural framing systems, proficient in conducting dynamic analysis of Highrise buildings in alignment with international codes, and skilled in utilizing design software such as Etabs, SAFE, Ram Concept, Robot, STAAD, RAPT, among others. Experience with Revit Structure is highly desirable, as is a comprehensive understanding of international design standards and codes. In this role, you will be expected to guide your team effectively, manage deliverables with precision, and uphold quality standards to ensure project timelines are met successfully. Your expertise in structural steel design, design analysis, RCC design, and familiarity with international design standards and codes will be instrumental in driving the team towards project success. Your proficiency in team management, structural framing systems, and the utilization of various design software will enable you to make significant contributions to the projects under your purview.,
