Qualification & Experience

(As per DCI norms)

• MDS degree

  in the relevant specialty (mandatory)

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Professor

  in a recognized dental institution

• Ph.D. holders will be given preference

• Strong leadership abilities in academics, administration, and accreditation processes
• Proven track record of:

-Research and publications

-Academic quality assurance

-Institutional development initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall administration of the Dental College
• Ensure compliance with DCI/University norms and maintain quality standards
• Lead academic planning, curriculum development, and faculty empowerment
• Oversee clinical training, research activities, and student academic performance
• Drive accreditation processes, quality audits, and institutional growth
• Foster collaborations with hospitals, research bodies, and external academic partners
• Promote a culture of innovation, professionalism, and academic excellence
