We are currently seeking applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Veeva CRM, Vault. As a Principal Consultant, your responsibilities will include developing customized Veeva CRM solutions that meet specific business needs and align with organizational objectives. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will also involve overseeing the implementation and configuration of Veeva CRM, ensuring a seamless deployment following industry best practices. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on data management, system integrations, and necessary system upgrades. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of system architecture, processes, and configurations for future reference. Additionally, you will support regulatory compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to data governance policies. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the Life Science industry and a solid understanding of Veeva CRM applications. You will serve as the point of contact for the project team and customers, addressing Salesforce platform-specific questions and collaborating with the integration team to support various integrations. Moreover, your role will require you to think innovatively and drive efficient use of technology while thriving in a team environment.
