Regarding Business Development, the Managing Consultant is accountable for maintaining high individual and team utilization rates, managing a personal sales pipeline to meet revenue targets, and leading sales efforts across various client levels. They are tasked with identifying and converting leads into opportunities, closing projects with minimal support, and exploring revenue-generating avenues. Additionally, they drive proposal creation and pre-sales activities by leveraging Wipro's global consulting capabilities.
