You are invited to apply for the position of Principal Consultant, Presales Domain Specialist at Genpact. As a part of our global professional services and solutions firm, you will be responsible for collaborating with tower leads and cross-functional teams. Your role will involve submitting RFX responses, designing solutions, estimating efforts, creating proposals and sales presentations, delivering product demonstrations, and understanding client requirements. Utilizing your deep knowledge of the Consumer-Packaged Goods & Retail (CPGR) industry, you will effectively communicate how IT applications can address client needs. By synergizing domain understanding with Genpact's offerings, you will create compelling solutions. Working closely with Solution Architects, Delivery Tower Leads, and Sales teams, you will design the right solutions and effort estimations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure the feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions. Your responsibilities will also include creating and delivering compelling proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations that align with client needs. You will develop engaging product demonstrations and proofs of concept to showcase our capabilities effectively. Engaging with clients to understand their business requirements and managing the RFX response project will be part of your role. Collaboration with the pricing team and leading the SOW creation to submission process are essential tasks. To be successful in this role, you must have a deep domain understanding of the CPGR industry, a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, familiarity with cloud technologies, and proven experience as a Pre-Sales Consultant in the application services domain. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to craft technical proposals and sales collateral, are required. Additionally, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and effective collaboration with colleagues and clients are preferred.
