Job Description

As a Principal Consultant for Manual Mobile, Regression, and Functional Testing at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and reporting for testing of innovative software applications. Your collaboration with the Quality Management team, Technology Development, Business Operations, and external partners will ensure the optimal user experience and effective treatment to patients. - Perform manual execution of functional testing, regression testing, smoke testing, exploratory testing, and negative testing across various mobile devices in a dynamic environment. - Create test scripts, execute tests, and prepare reports and metrics for management and development partners. - Track software defects through the resolution process and work with Technology Development to diagnose issues. - Identify and recommend new tools and solutions to enhance test performance and efficiency. - Assist in implementing Quality Management System processes and managing the software release process. - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field. - Experience in software testing, particularly in mobile applications (iOS and Android). - Proficiency in Agile development environment, JIRA, and test case management tools. - Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and focus on automation alongside manual testing. - Experience in setting test plan reviews, pushing for innovation, and ensuring various testing types are covered. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working within FDA 21 CFR 820 and/or ISO 13485 medical device quality management system regulations. - Proficiency in creating medical device technical files or technical writing. - Strong problem-solving skills and leadership experience in managing projects and driving technical initiatives to completion.,
