We are currently seeking applications for the role of Principal Consultant - Java Support. As a Principal Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to support and enhance web applications. Responsibilities: - Supporting and troubleshooting Java applications, addressing technical issues for consumers, partners, clients, or internal stakeholders through ticketing systems and following operating procedures. - Creating, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting jobs. - Analyzing logs and tracing back to code to identify issues. - Managing and resolving production incidents, including system outages, job failures, system defects, data defects, and end-user support. - Executing day-to-day operations using ticketing tools and processes. - Ensuring timely updates in accordance with SLA specifications with case notes, status updates, and closure information. - Testing application features and understanding testing tools. Shift Requirement: - Flexible to work in morning/afternoon/evening/night shifts on a rotation basis to collaborate with global teams in different time zones. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications/Skills: - B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Experience in Core Java, J2EE, and AWS. - Strong understanding of relational database concepts. - Experience with frameworks like Spring, Struts, etc. - Good knowledge and work experience in Oracle Database, SQL. - Familiarity with Maven, GIT, HTML, JSP, CSS, JavaScript. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work in shifts on a rotation basis. - Willingness to learn new technologies and processes. - Technical understanding of products/services and ecosystems being supported.
