Principal Consultant, Business -Analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience of 13+ years.
• Strong working experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of IoT platforms, protocols (MQTT, CoAP, BACnet, Modbus, etc.), and interoperability frameworks.
• Experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), automation systems, and IoT-enabled smart building solutions.
• Exposure to IoT hardware, sensors, gateways, cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT), and integration with enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of digital twins, AI/ML in building operations, and sustainability-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
• Experience preparing proposals, RFP responses, and engaging in business development.
• Strong skills in business problem analysis, consulting, and requirement development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform in-depth analyses of market trends, business needs, benchmarking, and deficiencies to provide actionable recommendations, strategies, and plans.
• Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Contribute to RFP responses and business opportunities.
• Represent the organization at industry forums and events.
• Write white papers, blogs, and support thought leadership initiatives.
• Conduct requirement analysis, management, and development activities.
• Work on functional specifications, use cases, story preparation, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile projects to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
