Principal Consultant and Pre-Sales Lead - Digital PLM and Digital Thread

Role Overview: As a Principal Consultant and Pre-Sales Lead specializing in Digital PLM and Digital Thread solutions at Wipro Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving proactive demand generation through consultative selling and leading successful end-to-end PLM implementations. With a focus on leveraging your expertise in PLM technologies, you will collaborate with a talented team to deliver superior solutions that meet client needs and expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PLM and Digital Thread technologies to provide strategic guidance and best practices tailored to client objectives. - Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to recommend tailored PLM solutions aligned with client requirements. - Deliver dynamic pre-sales presentations, persuasive proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients. - Identify and engage potential clients to expand the company's portfolio of services through proactive outreach and networking. - Craft detailed and customized proposals in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). - Collaborate with sales teams to enhance outreach, drive revenue, and increase market share through robust sales strategies. - Support the creation of project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for timely solution delivery. - Maintain strong client relationships, understand their business goals and challenges, and provide tailor-made solutions. - Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to enhance client value propositions. - Mentor junior consultants to foster knowledge sharing, skill improvement, and professional growth within the team. Qualifications: - Minimum 12 years of experience in the PLM sector with expertise in technologies and processes. - Track record of at least one complete PLM implementation using Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE, or PTC Windchill. - Understanding of digital thread concepts and their practical applications in PLM environments. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Exposure to pre-sales functions, deal creation, solution design, proposal crafting, and client presentations. - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset. - Ability to work effectively in collaborative team settings and independent initiatives. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.,
