Principal Consultant and Pre-Sales Lead - Digital PLM and Digital Thread

Role Overview: As a Principal Consultant and Pre-Sales Lead specializing in Digital PLM and Digital Thread solutions at Wipro Technologies, you will play a crucial role in leading successful end-to-end PLM implementations. Your extensive experience in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain, particularly with tools like Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE, or PTC Windchill, will be instrumental in driving proactive demand generation through consultative selling and addressing client RFIs and RFPs. Working collaboratively with a talented team, you will contribute to the growth and success of the practice by delivering superior solutions that meet client needs and expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Leverage your expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PLM and Digital Thread technologies to provide transformative strategic guidance tailored to client objectives. - Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and gap analyses to recommend tailored PLM solutions aligning with client requirements. - Create and deliver dynamic pre-sales presentations, powerful demonstrations, and persuasive proposals to potential clients. - Identify and engage potential clients to expand the company's portfolio of services through proactive outreach and networking. - Craft detailed, customized proposals in response to RFIs, RFPs, and other client inquiries. - Collaborate with sales teams to enhance outreach, drive revenue, and increase market share through robust sales strategies. - Support the creation of project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for timely delivery of solutions. - Cultivate strong client relationships, understanding their business goals to provide tailor-made solutions. - Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to enhance client value propositions. - Mentor junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and professional advancement within the team. Qualifications: - At least 12 years of experience in the PLM sector with expertise in related technologies and processes. - Track record of at least one complete PLM implementation using Siemens Teamcenter PLM, Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE, or PTC Windchill. - Understanding of digital thread concepts and their applications in PLM environments. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Exposure to pre-sales functions, including deal creation, solution design, and persuasive client presentations. - Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic decision-making skills. - Ability to work effectively in both team settings and independent initiatives. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
