Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal at Aadinath Cancer Medicity, located in Ajmer Tehsil. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the administration and management of the college, ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing academic policies, managing faculty and staff, coordinating with the hospital administration, and overseeing student services. The Principal will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and productive learning environment, budgeting, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in educational administration and policy development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare and medical education
• Ability to work collaboratively with hospital administration and other stakeholders
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation
• Doctorate in Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience as a Principal or in a similar educational leadership role is preferred
