Principal Channel Account Manager

You have around 12-15 years of experience in line with the job profile. PTC is a highly revenue-driven sales organization, and as the selected candidate, you should have a proven track record of the same. You should possess an attitude of "Always be Selling" and be a passionate, self-driven individual who is end goal-centric. Ideally, you hold an Engineering Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, and have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in the manufacturing domain or a similar domain. It would be advantageous if you have worked in an enterprise-driven strategic engagement like ERP, PLM, ALM, SLM. Knowledge about Cloud SaaS and Subscription will be a plus since PTC is a SaaS company. Your role will require you to liaise with C-Level Executives and be a trusted advisor in their journey. You must have a deep understanding of the Product Development Process and be able to work effectively with the Partner Ecosystem, leading by example. You should be capable of creating joint business plans with internal and Partner Ecosystem and successfully execute them. Being a team player by nature and having experience working in an ecosystem is essential for this position. While an understanding of Aerospace and Defence is an added advantage, it is not mandatory.
