Principal - Business Consulting-AI Transformation Consulting

As a Principal in the Business Consulting Practice of AI Transformation Consulting at Infosys, your role will involve working with experienced management consultants to support organizations in their business transformation journey driven by intelligent technologies. We are seeking individuals with excellent business acumen to join our agile, dynamic, and fast-growing AI consulting practice in Bangalore, Pune, or Noida. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work in client engagements and assist the practice and IC leadership in responding to RFPs, building PoVs, and coaching a team of 2-6 consultants - Engage in proactive pitches, meet clients, and build PoVs/offerings - Provide leadership and managerial responsibilities - Spend 75-80% of your time on client engagements and 20-25% on driving RFP responses and other activities - Travel within and outside India as required - Work from the office or client location at least three days a week **Qualifications Required:** - Self-motivated, collaborative, and a team player - Strong problem-solving skills and presentation abilities - Proficient in researching, generating data-driven insights, and preparing impactful stories - At least 10 years of business consulting or advisory experience with consulting firms - Experience in delivering strategy and implementation engagements on AI, Automation, and Data - Knowledge in Generative AI, Conversational AI, or responsible AI is a plus - Good understanding of one industry and at least one functional domain - Experience in product management, project and program management, and stakeholder management - Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards adherence - Familiarity with PMO processes and best practices for project success Joining Infosys Consulting means becoming part of a global management consulting firm that helps renowned brands transform and innovate.
