Job Description

Job Purpose Manage end to end business tech transformation and enhancement projects Support business users with new implementation and enhancements Analyze application and process gaps and suggest solutions Job Responsibilities (JR): 6-8 Areas Requirement Analysis To participate in business discussion to understand the problem statement To understand the requirement and review FSD To understand and analyze the requirement and propose feasible solution with reference to Current system implementation. Documentation, Communication & Collaboration Document all details required by business in BRD. Document the end-to-end Process journey and embedded in to BRD. Arrange sign off from all stakeholders w.r.t BRD & FSD Prepare and raise FPN Effectively communicate business requirement to software development team/vendor Ensure project progress is documented on PPM / JIRA and is communicated to all stakeholders. Ensure project is on track as per the plan Testing To understand test scenarios and incorporate it in the in scope of testing To prepare traceability with respect to BRD and FSD using JIRA and Zephyr. To prepare Test case, Test plan basis the functional specifications and ensure all test scenarios are covered. To ensure that testing is performed as per test schedule. Report bugs arising during UAT to vendor / IT and ensure that the same is resolved before UAT signoff and follow escalation matrix for issue resolution To ensure post implementation testing is completed. Perform control self-assessment on continuous basis Tracking and monitoring the changes in ITPP Quality and documentation To ensure ITPP is followed for all the projects /CRs handled To do a daily control check wherever applicable. To monitor and track business / audit queries. Daily/ Weekly process report to be shared with relevant Stake holders. Training and Production movement To document & share training modules with relevant Stakeholders. To conduct training for business users and stakeholders on the projects and changes implemented Perform PIR after the enhancement is moved live Level 2 support on production issues Improvements Identify grey areas and provide recommendations. To continuously discuss with users and identify areas of improvement basis industry benchmarking and latest trends/regulations Educational Qualifications Key Skills B. Tech, B. Com, B.Sc. Thorough knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Project management. Logical and Analytical Skills Good Communication and presentation skills Domain knowledge Experience Required No. of years of experience-13-15 yrs of experience Exposure to banking preferable- Added Advantage
