Role Overview

Lead academic, administrative, and strategic initiatives at a women-only teacher education institution. Your focus will be on upholding quality, compliance, and student well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic and administrative leadership tailored to a female student body.
• Design, review, and implement curriculum that meets NCTE and accreditation standards.
• Supervise faculty recruitment, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
• Oversee daily operations—budgeting, infrastructure, student services.
• Promote safe and supportive campus environment sensitive to girls’ needs.
• Build partnerships with schools, alumnae, and community stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education:
• M.Ed and B.Ed (minimum 55% marks each)
• Additional master’s degree (e.g., Arts, Science)
• Ph.D. in Education preferred
• Experience:
• Minimum 10 years teaching in teacher education.
• Leadership or administrative experience desirable
• Skills:
• Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of accreditation, quality assurance, and educational regulations
