Expertise : High-rise and Commercial Projects
Key Requirements:
Minimum 20 years of experience in architectural design, primarily focused on high-rise and commercial real estate projects.Strong leadership in managing architectural design from concept to execution.Proven ability to lead design teams and coordinate with consultants, engineers, and developers.Proficiency in architectural tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other relevant design and presentation software.Deep understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements. Knowledge in AutoCAD.Should have handled Commercial, Residential, Hospitals, IT Parks & Interior fit out projects.Basic understanding of the rules and regulations governing the Construction industryFamiliarity with design software like Adobe Photoshop and 3d Studio VIZ
