Principal Architect - AEM Integration

Role Overview: You will be joining as a hands-on Technical Director / Principal Architect to lead and scale the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Workfront practice. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive technical strategy, practice growth, and delivery excellence. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring top talent and enabling digital transformation for global enterprises. Key Responsibilities: - Practice Leadership: Define the vision, roadmap, and delivery standards for Adobe AEM & Workfront. Mentor, train, and grow a high-performing technical team. - Solution Architecture & Delivery: Oversee AEM (Sites, Assets, Forms, Headless/Cloud) & Workfront implementations, integration with Adobe Experience Cloud, ensure scalability and governance. - Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients, leading workshops, discovery sessions, and solution presentations. - Innovation: Stay ahead of Adobe advancements (AEM Cloud Service, AEP, Campaign, Analytics, Target, Workfront integrations). Drive adoption of accelerators, automation, and best practices in performance, security, and compliance. Qualification Required: - 15+ years of IT experience, with 10+ years in enterprise content management / digital marketing. - Deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - architecture, cloud migration, enterprise integrations. - Strong leadership in Workfront implementations (setup, workflow, integrations with CMMS and MarTech). - Experience in scaling technical practices, leading architects & engineers, and delivering at enterprise scale. - Strong stakeholder & client-facing communication. - Certifications: Adobe Certified Master Architect (AEM) / Workfront certification preferred.,
